I REALLY HAD TO RIP SOMEONE A NEW ASSHOLE YESTERDAY! HOLY FUCK. I HATE PEOPLE WHO DON'T LISTEN.WHEN PEOPLE ANNOY ME, IT TOTALLY REMINDS ME OF THE MAD TV SKIT OF MS. SWAN WHO DRIVES PEOPLE FUCKING NUTS AND TURNS IT AROUND FOR HER THINKING PEOPLE DON'T LISTEN TO HER. BUT NO REALLY, IT'S THE ANNOYING PART THAT GETS ME.

WELL I KINDA DO AVON ON THE SIDE. I REALLY ONLY USE IT FOR MY OWN DISCOUNT, AND NO, I DON'T GO DOOR-TO-DOOR LIKE THE OLD LADIES DO. I ONLY SELL TO MYSELF, AND TWO OF MY CO-WORKERS. WELL, THE ORDERS WERE DUE ON THURSDAY BY NOON. I ALWAYS DATE MY BROCHURES A DAY EARLY BECAUSE I USUALLY 98% OF TIME OPEN THE STORE ON THURSDAY, SO THAT LEAVES ME WEDNESDAY EVENING, OR EARLY THURSDAY MORNING TO SUBMIT MY ORDERS.

WHEN I SIGNED UP TO SELL AVON BACK IN EARLY JANUARY, I WAS TOLD BY OUR LEADER, THAT IF WE HAVE A CUSTOMER WITH A LARGE ORDER TO GO AHEAD AND STILL SUBMIT THE ORDER ONLINE, AND CALL THE AVON OFFICE TO HAVE THEM REVERSE THE "LATE" FEE. I DID EXACTLY THAT.

I WAS PUT THRU TO A GAL NAMED MARSHA. I TOLD MARSHA THAT I HAVE A CUSTOMER WITH LIKE A $75 ORDER AND THAT THEY'LL NEED TO WAIVE THE LATE CHARGE. THIS BITCH KEPT ACTING AND TELLING ME LIKE A BROKEN RECORD THAT I NEED TO HAVE MY ORDERS ON TIME, AND THAT MY ORDER WAS DUE ON THURSDAY, NOT FRIDAY. BLAH BLAH BLAH. I TOLD HER I WAS TRULY AWARE OF THAT. I TOLD HER THAT I WASN'T EVEN GOING TO ORDER ANYTHING SINCE NOBODY HAD ASKED ME TO PLACE AN ORDER, BUT WHEN I SAW MY COWORKER LATER THAT AFTERNOON, (AFTER 1PM THURSDAY) THAT SHE ASKED IF SHE COULD STILL GIVE ME HER ORDER REQUEST. I SAID SURE. I TOLD HER THAT IT MAY NOT ARRIVE ON TIME SINCE IT WOULD BE LATE. SO MARSHA THEN GOES ON TO SAY THAT ORDERS ARE STILL DUE ON THURSDAY BLAH BLAH. SHE WOULDN'T SHUT UP! SHE KEPT TALKING TO ME AS IF I WERE A CHILD, AND DIDN'T UNDERSTAND WHAT DAY IT WAS! I FINALLY INTERUPPTED HER AND TOLD HER I WAS VERY AWARE OF IT AND TO PLEASE NOT KEEP REPEATING HERSELF. SHE KEPT TELLING ME THAT SHE WAS TRYING TO HELP ME UNDERSTAND THAT THE ORDER WAS LATE. SO THEN AGAIN I TOLD HER MY AREA MANAGER IS THE ONE WHO TOLD ME TO CALL IF THIS SITUATION SHOULD EVER COME UP.

MARSHA THEN KEEPS TELLING ME TO REFER BACK TO MY SELLING CALENDAR. I AGAIN TOLD HER HEY,HEY,HEY! PLEASE BE QUIET! SHE KEPT TRYING TO TALK OVER ME UNTIL I SCREAMED TO SHUT HER FUCKING FACE. THEN SHE ASKED WHY I WOULD SAY SUCH A THING. HMMMMM???? I TOLD HER TO PUT ME THROUGH TO SOMEONE ELSE. SHE REPLIED AS TO WHY. I SAID I DON'T LIKE HER. HAHA. OH BOOHOO. I FINALLY TOLD HER I THOUGHT SHE WAS STUPID AND RUDE AND DOESN'T KNOW HOW TO LISTEN. I ASKED WHO HER SUPERVISOR WAS, AND SHE SAID THAT SHE DIDN'T KNOW WHO WOULD INTERCEPT THE CALL SINCE THERE WERE MULTIPLE SUPERVISORS. I ASKED WHAT HER LAST NAME OR LAST INITIAL OF HER LAST NAME, AND SHE SAID SHE WOULDN'T GIVE IT TO ME AND WHY I WANTED THAT INFO. I TOLD HER THAT I NEEDED SOME WAY TO IDENTIFY WHO SHE WAS SO I COULD COMPLAIN. I ASKED IF SHE WAS THE ONLY "MARSHA" IN THE ENTIRE AVON COMPANY. SHE SAID NO. SO AGAIN, I TOLD HER WHY AND THEN I SAID HOW ABOUT AN EMPLOYEE BADGE # OR OPERATOR #. SO SHE GAVE IT TO ME FINALLY.

SHE KEPT SAYING THAT WHOEVER I END UP TALKING TO WILL TELL ME THE SAME THING. I SAID FINE, I'D RATHER HEAR IT FROM SOMEONE OTHER THAN HER! FUCK! THAT WHOLE PHONE CALL WAS MORE THAN 15 MINUTES. GRRRRR.

I TOLD MARSHA I SAID FINE, PUT ME THROUGH TO THE DEPARTMENT THAT I CAN STOP SELLING AVON FOR ALL THE FUCKING HASSLE. I WILL NOT REPRESENT A COMPANY WHO DOESN'T RESPECT ME OR MY CUSTOMERS. I ASKED MARSHA IF SHE WOULD LIKE THE PHONE NUMBER TO MY CUSTOMER TO TELL HER THAT MY ORDER WAS DUE ON THURSDAY, NOT FRIDAY. SHE SAID NO, THAT WASN'T NECESSARY. I WENT ON TELLING MARSHA THAT IT'S KINDA RARE TO FIND A CUSTOMER TO BUY SO MUCH CHEAP CRAP TO TOTAL MORE THAN $75 WHEN SOME SHIT IS ONLY LIKE $2 OR .99 CENTS ETC. AND I WAS TOLD BY MY LEADER THAT IT WOULD BE OK. IT'S NOT LIKE THE CUSTOMER IS ASKING FOR A $3 ORDER. THEN I ASKED MARSHA IF I SHOULD TELL MY CUSTOMER TO PAY THE LATE FEE FOR ME SINCE SHE WAS THE REASON THE ORDER WAS LATE?! I'VE NEVER BEEN LATE ON AN ORDER! WHAT THE FUCK EVER! I TOLD HER SHE CAN SHOVE AVON UP HER NASTY CUNT!

SO I FINALLY TALK TO A SUPERVISOR BY THE NAME OF ADRIANNE. SHE "SAID" SHE'D LIKE TO GIVE MARSHA THE "OPPORTUNITY" TO CORRECT HER ACTIONS. HMMM, I WONDER IF SHE'LL TALK TO HER ABOUT IT. PROBABLY NOT. BUT ADRIANNE REVERSED THE LATE FEE ANYWAYS. SHE APOLOGIZED AND ALSO REMOVED $2.00 FROM MY INVOICE FOR THE MINUTES USED ON MY CELL PHONE!.DAMN RIGHT. I WAS SO PISSED. FUCK THAT MARSHA. I'M DOING THEM A FAVOR! I HAVE HONESTLY........HONESTLY NEVER MADE $5 FROM AVON SINCE JANUARY WHEN I SIGNED UP. I'VE NEVER MADE ANY MONEY FROM IT. THE MONEY I WOULD'VE BEEN PAID FOR, WAS SPENT ON MY INVOICE FOR BROCHURES, AND SHIPPING ETC. I'M TOTALLY NOT KIDDING. I'VE BEEN WANTING TO GET OUT OF IT, BUT FOR THE LAST 3-4 MONTHS, MY COWORKERS HAVE ALWAYS BEEN PLACING AN ORDER. SO I MAY AS WELL, PLUS I DO LIKE THINGS FOR MYSELF. EVERYTIME I ORDER STUPID BROCHURES, A PACK OF 10 IS LIKE $6 WHEN I ONLY USE 3. SO I THINK I WILL NOT BE ORDERING ANYMORE. AVON CHARGES ME JUST TO PLACE AN ORDER. $2.50 GONE THERE! PLUS IF SOMEONE DOESN'T LIKE THEIR STUFF ETC, OR IT BREAKS, I HAVE TO PAY UPS TO SEND IT BACK TO AVON.WHATEVER! THIS IS WHY I DON'T MAKE MONEY. I REALLY WASN'T EVEN EXPECTING TO MAKE $30 A MONTH, I HAVE NOT RECEIVED NOT ONE PAYMENT FROM AVON CUZ EVERYTHING IS DEDUCTED AND SPENT FOR SAMPLES, BROCHURES, SHIPPING, AND BASE CHARGES. SO IF ANYONE WANTS YOU TO SELL AVON...RUN AWAY!!!!
