WELL SINCE I'M ON A ROLL WITH THE COMPLAINT DEPARTMENT, FOR THOSE OF YOU WHO ARE SHOPPING FOR JEWELERY, PLEASE BE COURTEOUS OF WHAT YOU DO IN THE STORE. DON'T BRING YOUR BAD ASS KIDS AND TRY TO SPEND AN HOUR AT THE CASE. ALSO WHEN TRYING TO PULL YOUR RING OFF OF YOUR FINGER, DO NOT LICK YOUR FINGER TO GET IT OFF. ALSO DON'T ASK IF WE CAN CLEAN YOUR CHEAP ASS COSTUME JEWELRY FROM CLAIRE'S FOR IT CANNOT BE CLEANED WITH THE CHEMICALS WE USE IN OUR CLEANER.

IF THE PRICE IS MARKED ALREADY ON SALE, ESPECIALLY IN RETAIL CHAIN STORES, THE PRICES HAVE TO USUALLY BE THE SAME AS THE REST OF THE COMPANY STORES IN THE UNITED STATES. THAT'S WHY THEY ARE PUBLISHED, SO IF YOU WERE TO BUY IT FROM THE SAME STORE IN FLORIDA, THE SAME PRICE SHOULD BE PUBLISHED IN CALIFORNIA. IF THEY WEREN'T YOU'D BE GETTING RIPPED OFF I ASSURE YOU! WHEN THE SALESPERSON IS DISCOUNTING, THEY ARE PROBABLY ONLY DISCOUNTING THE MINIMUM SO THEY MAKE MORE COMMISSION. THAT STATEMENT IS NOT ALWAYS TRUE, BUT IF THE SALESPERSON HAS CONTROL OVER IT THEY WANT MORE $$ IN THEIR POCKET. MAKES SENSE HUH?! ALSO THE OTHER REASON IS IF ALL COMPANY CHAIN STORES HAVE THE PUBLISHED PRICE ON DISPLAY, THEY MORE THAN LIKELY HAVE A BULK CONTRACT WITH THE VENDOR THAT SUPPLIES THE RETAIL CHAIN WITH THE ITEM YOU WANT. IF WE SIGN A CONTRACT WITH THE VENDOR, SOMETIMES ON THE FLIP SIDE WE GET THE VENDOR TO HELP PAY THE ADVERTISING COSTS TO DISPLAY THEIR MERCHANDISE IN FLIERS, AND INSIDE THE CASES. IF WE BREAK THAT CONTRACT AND ABUSE IT BY GOING LOWER, THE VENDOR CAN TERMINATE THE CONTRACT FOR WE WOULD BE CONSIDERED AS A BREACH OF CONTRACT. SO THAT IN TURN WOULD MEAN NO MORE "DEALS" WITH THE CUSTOMER WHO IS ..........................YOU!
